By accessing, using, or viewing the Beauty Kulture 101 Website (the "Site") or any of its services, functions, or contents, You agree to each of the following terms, conditions, and notices which govern You're of use of the Site and Your purchase of products and services on the Site (the “Terms of Use”).

Beauty Kulture 101 does not provide refunds on any monies collected. All monies are considered "deposits" A credit may be issued if you are unable to attend your session/class or change your mind about the machine. Requests must be made within 30 days of the session/class or 10 days of ordering your machine to be honored and must be used within 60 days of the issue date.

For your convenience Post-Op packages are valid for 60 calendar days. Body Contouring packages are valid for 60 days Please try to schedule your sessions in advance to ensure your services are rendered.

Upon booking, a deposit is required to confirm your reservation. A minimum of 24 hours' notice must be given to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid losing your deposit amount or one session from your package.

Spa guests under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. Guests ages 13 - 17 can enjoy facials, waxing (not including bikini area), massages, and nail services. Guests ages 12 and under may enjoy nail services only and must be accompanied by an adult. Guests ages 13 - 15 must have a parent or guardian in the treatment room during the entire service. Guests ages 16 - 17 must have a parent or guardian on premises during the entire service (unless state law differs), and must have therapists of the same gender.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can decompress and make full use of the spa facilities. To maintain the relaxation of the spa, we ask that you please remove your shoes, silence your mobile phones and electronic devices upon arrival. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time, in order to remain on schedule for subsequent guests.

For your convenience, lockers are available to store your personal belongings. However, we suggest you leave your valuables at home. Beauty Kulture 101 will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Services and prices vary by location. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or change services and prices without notice to ensure the maximum standards of service and quality are being met.

Our staff works hard to help you achieve a higher state of happiness. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted. We suggest 20% of the full-service price of the service provided.

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform your spa technician of any existing medical conditions by completing a Guest Check-In form prior to receiving your treatments. Beauty Kulture 101 Wellness Center reserves the right to discontinue service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.

If you have a preference for the gender of your therapist, please state it when you book your appointment. As payment for spa services or retail, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express(R), Discover Card, Beauty Kulture 101 gift cards, and good old-fashioned cash. Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks or Traveler's checks in-spa. You may opt to leave gratuities for shoulders well rubbed, skin well-scrubbed, and...well, you get the idea. The recommended range is between 15% and 20% of the full retail price service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratuities can be paid in cash or cash app. Beauty Kulture 101 reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. Membership benefits are available with annual contracts only. Membership contracts must be completed within the spa in order to be valid. Membership discounts cannot be combined with any additional offers. Membership is non-transferable and benefits are exclusive to the member only. Photo ID is required at check-in. Members must abide by spa cancellation policy. No-shows will forfeit their service for that month. A product purchase discount of 20% off the regular (i.e., non-discounted) price of any Beauty Kulture 101 products is available to members at participating Beauty Kulture 101 Wellness Centers. Unused services within the month will roll over to the following month, however, they will not roll into the following year even in the event of continued membership. No refunds will be given for any remaining unused sessions. Membership cancellations: Membership is annual and may not be canceled at any time unless during the renewal term of the membership upon 30-day advance written notice to the Beauty Kulture 101 Wellness Center where your membership originated. If you have paid in full for a year of membership services, you will be refunded the future unused portion of your membership dues for any membership services you have not yet redeemed.
